Refund policy
At FUEL UP, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help! Please read the information below about our return and refund policy carefully.
First, inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and process an exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we do not issue refunds for other reasons. If you need an exchange, contact us immediately within 3 business days with full details, your full name, photos of the issue, date of purchase, and order number by our 'Contact Form'. Failure to provide full evidence will cause delay to the process.
For hygiene reasons, certain types of items are not eligible for return unless defective. Certain types of items include custom products, special orders or personalized items, branded T-shirts, and personal goods such as water bottles, socks, and beauty care products. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process:
- We will provide instructions and a return address once we receive full details within 3 business days.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item sent or defective item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Failure to provide full evidence will cause delay to the process or no exchange.
- To start a return, you can contact us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address advised by FUEL UP.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. If more than 17 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
